By-Election Nomination Day August 27 2026
The next Regular Meeting of Council is Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This meeting was previously scheduled for May 12th, 2026
Committee of a Whole Meeting is Wednesday, February 4th at 10:00 AM.
MUNICIPALITY OF SPANIARD'S BAY
REQUEST FOR COMMENTS
The Municipality of Spaniard's Bay has issued an “Approval in Principle” to Viking Construction to develop 34 55 Plus two-bedroom rental units on their property at 776-796 Conception Bay Highway, Tilton. This development will be in 6 multi-unit residential dwellings.
Council is seeking public input on the proposed project prior to issuing final approvals.
Anyone who wishes to make representation either in favour of or contrary to the proposed development may do so in writing to be received at the Town Hall, Spaniard's Bay on or before 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
